We loved the location of this hotel! It was within walking distance of many popular spots in the city and there were plenty of transportation options nearby. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel's location was great, being close to the beach. Our room had a nice view of the surroundings, and the bathroom was spacious. the breakfast provided was okay, and the facilities available were acceptable.
Our experience was spoiled by the hotel's shady reservation and refund policy, which required payment in advance and then refused to refund the entire amount when we changed plans. It was disappointing and not recommended for those with flexible planning.

Location was great, near the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city lights at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for places to visit during our Christmas stay.
Our Christmas stay quickly turned sour when we decided to extend our stay and were charged an exorbitant amount. When we left two days early, we were told we would only receive a small fraction of our money back and that we needed a Brazil bank account, which we do not have.
